A gentle approach to lasting change

I am a licensed psychologist and supervisor with an MSc in Clinical and Pathological Psychology. My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, with a focus on CBT, with extensive experience supporting individuals with complex emotional and mental health challenges.

I provide evidence-based therapy for adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, burnout, grief, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Psychotherapy can also help with panic attacks, fears and phobias, behavioral difficulties, major life transitions, and developing healthier coping strategies.

What to expect in your sessions

Every journey begins with a safe, unhurried space. Initial sessions focus on understanding your unique story, your goals, and what brings you here — together we then shape a clear path forward.

Sessions are available in person and online, offered in English, French, and Arabic.

"A compassionate and collaborative space to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns."
